A friend of mine recommended Universal Flooring when I was looking to install hardwood in my home. Iggy, the owner, did an outstanding job. My living room looks amazing. Iggy took great pains to protect the new flooring from the beginning by putting felt under all my furniture legs as cork is softer and it needs a little more protection. Job was finished in the time specified and it's so beautiful! There was some extra shrinkage of the cork and Iggy returned to caulk those areas and came back a 3rd time after ordering a different piece of finish to install it. I felt comfortable with him around all my belongings and overall. He is honest, hard working, respectful and wants the finished product to be perfect. Thanks, Iggy, for a job well done!
