- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is based on the size of the dwelling as well as what the customers needs are whether it is a move out, move in or once a month service. My minimum for a dwelling can be as low as $80.00 and goes up from there. Again, it just depends on how big and what the client is wanting to have done. *Please keep in mind once in a while there are some extras that you can add onto a typical once a month cleaning service. Like the Interior of Refrigerator is an extra, any portion of the exterior of the home is an extra, inside of the oven is an extra, removal of any garbage is an extra. I recommend talking about what you're looking for exactly and knowing what to expect when I arrive. 🤗
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to know exactly what the client is expecting and I always like to let the client know what to expect from me when I'm cleaning their home either once a month or if it is a move out or move in situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses since I was a young girl. Raised by a single Mother we all had to take on tasks of helping out and cleaning the house together. Through the years of having my own family I knew how I wanted my home to sparkle and shine and always kept my homes in order and cleaned daily as well as weekly. My experience is all hands on, don't be too shy or worried to get down on your knees and scrub.
