FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we are just starting out, we are willing to negotiate a price range that is conducive for your event and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts us for an event, we first identify what part of the band they want: Do they want the jazz quartet or the soul band? Once we figure that out, we go over details on what kind of music they want played at they event. If it is a small party where only instrumentals are needed, we will develop a set list for easy listening. If there is a big event where the client wants energy and excitement to keep the party going, we will pick a set list to get people dancing and singing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
