- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage or acreage, land grade, window size, tree height, degree of disrepair, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We had enough dealing with contractors that either don't show up, don't answer calls, or simply don't do what they say they will do. After getting burned over and over again, we decided to finally start a business that will show up when it says it will show up, that will answer calls when it is supposed to answer calls, and that will do anything and everything it says it will do every single time.
