Jennifer Thompson has completely renovated me! I began working with her in January 2015 as a way to add in another level of exercise that I'd hoped would hold me to a more regular routine that would get better results. I'd always belonged to a gym and would attend spinning classes but I was going it alone. Jenn pushed me to work harder than I thought possible. As the months passed, the pounds were shedding and my motivation grew. When I hit a plateau Jenn recommended a meal plan. She created a plan that was easy to stick to and I learned a lot about better eating habits and never felt deprived. Her plan gave me alternatives as well and I am able to dine out without feeling guilty. My original goal was to lose 20 pounds and I've now lost 50! Jenn "gets me" and has helped me shoot beyond my original idea of what I thought I could do; I've never been more physically fit and my energy level is amazing.

Jenn gladly got me on a decisive path to fitness, diet and better health. Her workouts challenged me throughout the week motivating me to keep myself in a fitness frame of mind. It was not long before I was able to see results. Jenn listens giving you her best. She is dedicated and her own testimony proves that.

I've been working with Jennifer now for almost four months and I could not be happier with both my experience and results. The workouts never get boring and I look forward to the time in the gym. Jennifer designed a meal plan for me that has been both appetizing and easy to follow. I have had excellent results during my time with Advance Fitness, consistently loosing 2 to 3 pounds a week.

Jennifer is an exceptional trainer. My workouts are challenging but with Jennifer’s encouragement I am able to persevere and successfully complete the training sessions. Jennifer shows her creativity by implementing varied and unique workouts that keep me interested and motivated. An effective trainer works the whole person (body, mind and soul) and that’s Jennifer!
