FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with new customers, I take the time to explain all of the options available to them so that they can customize their event exactly as they want it to be. After explaining, I listen carefully to what they want so that I can provide them with the best experience possible. I never try to sell options to a customer that they do not really want or need and am very conscious of trying to work within the customer's desired budget.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In the DJ business, the proof is in the pudding. DJs should provide you with video footage of them in action, not only listening to the music they play, but more importantly, hearing them speak, seeing how they dress and present themselves, and noticing how they interact with the audience. They should also offer the ability to see them perform in person. The customer should feel comfortable and confident that he/she will get the services that they are being promised. Reviews and references are another great way to verify that the DJ will provide you with a great experience.
