FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work at a quick pace which allows us to keep project costs down. After receiving all the project information, I can generally give a close estimate of how much time the work will take. We often spend a good amount of time reviewing everything first, to gather and send out any questions that may hold up production. Often we like to separate in our invoice the time spent for review and requested revisions, vs. production time so that the client can see how the time is spent. When we work with a client continuously, we get a feel for their style and quality. In which case, projects come in and out smoothly with little questions or revisions needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always enjoy the initial meeting of new clients. Depends on the clients preference on how much information they want to share with us, it is completely up to them. We welcome phone conversations as well as Skype or other video chats to discuss the clients project goals or company standards. We like to receive the project information before hand to review and have ready if any initial questions come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have Associates degrees. Mine of a more technical based education, his of a more design based education. We met and graduated together from The Boston Architectural College with Professional Accredited Bachelor of Architecture Degrees. Our work methods and experiences compliment each other.
