Just to clarify, I was never hired by Rajeev and did not work with him. He came in for a consultation only. My consultations are always conducted professionally, however, it is not always a good fit. That is the reason consultations are always conducted first. I have never had a dissatisfied client. I do my best to go above and beyond in terms of servicing my clients. Everyone who chooses to work with me receives an exceptional level of service. It is unfortunate that Thumbtack allows reviews from individuals that have not even hired the professional that they are reviewing.

Paradigm shifting change to my approach and they way I think about fitness was necessary, and Ray gave me all the tools for long term change. I am currently 39 and was a power lifting, gym rat from around age 15 until my late 20's. Like many of us out there, I found demanding office work, got married, had three sons, and my priorities caused physical activity and diet to fall far down the list. I have tried many times over the years to get back on the wagon, but did so using the old methods that had worked in the past. What worked in our prime years, isn't always what's best with 40 on the horizon. I trained like I was cutting weight for a powerlifting meet, losing weight fast but always slipping up because of dietary restrictions that were just impossible to maintain in a life that wasn't 110% designed around training as mine used to be. Starting with Ray, I had to let go of a lot of habits and embrace a new way of looking at the metrics of fitness. In a little over three months, I have dropped an average of a little over 10lbs/month (32lbs). This is the aim we should strive for to establish healthy eating habits instead of a "diet" and as we know "diets" always end. Oddly, with Ray and his dietary planning, I am never, ever, ever hungry! I eat often and plenty. I eat foods that give me lasting energy and never cause me to feel those run down "on a diet" feelings. If you're looking to work with Ray, he will supply you with the tools and information for lasting success instead of the flashy gimmick, quick fix solutions that pollute our best intentions to get healthy. As with anything, it's what you put in that dictates the results because no matter what, this is YOUR health. With focus and dedication, along with guidance from Ray......there is nothing that can stop you.

Ray is very professional but personable. He cares and takes the time to make sure you understand what you doing based on the exercise and your goals. He’s tough and pushes you but smiles and jokes which helps when you feel like you’re dying, lol. Thanks Ray!

I have been working with Ray for six months and have never felt fitter or stronger in my life. He is both patient and motivating, he's helped me perfect form on exercises I've always been too intimidated to try by myself. I've lost 2 pant sizes and hit strength goals I could never have achieved alone. Working with Ray has been a great experience! From the first session, I felt comfortable working with him. He took his time explaining the movements to me and was very motivating. In two months of working with Ray, I personally feel my strength has increased and have come to enjoy working out! Ray is always on time and responds quickly to texts and emails. My 12 year old son is also training with Ray and has really connected with him as well. Our Family would highly recommend worth with RPC Fitness !
