FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and different. We try and normalize the process by using technology to verify measurements, pitches and slopes, but each client has different wants and needs. Our proposals are firm pricing and we spell out each item or service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with introductions and explain how we do business. We discuss our certifications, licensing and training. Once a client decides to move forward, we prepare a written proposal and present for acceptance. Upon acceptance, we discuss payment terms and or financing. We then schedule our jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ole Miss in 89 and began my career in the technology space with IBM and GE Capital. I bring an advanced business background to the construction space. This has allowed me to integrate technology into our day to day business activity and allows our clients to have access to data and reports that they have not had access to in the past. It allows us to also take cost out of doing business, thus, helping our clients bottom line.
