- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing, an hourly rate, a square footage rate, and a time material rate. All rates are base on the type of job that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to have a good understanding of what their wanting done, what time frame they want their project completed. It's very important to discuss and know the customer's budget so that we provide them with complete top quality product to complete their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my training from ITT Tech in Construction Management and on the job training.
