- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not a big fan of standardized pricing and for that matter sales. I price based on complexity of install or issue. I don't charge hourly. An agreed upon price and quote for any issue are discussed up front. My goal is to provide an expert consultation whether it be virus removal or a complete network install. The price quoted will be based on the level of assistance needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to me by text, phone call or Email. Let's talk about the issue you are having relating to any Internet based service, device and any accompanying hardware. There are always several options for any issue. The needs my customers have vary greatly because some are casual users, some are gamers and some have comprehensive network infrastructures. We will assess the initial needs and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years hands on technical software and hardware upgrade, replace fix and migration experience. Anything up to small enterprise implementations. I hold active CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications.
