He didn't do job correct. I called him at least 10 days straight and he doesn't answer or return calls. He message me and said he would show up and fix the problem after I sent him pictures. Never showed. This guy is horrible I don't recommend him to anyone

Good afternoon. It’s terrible that you have such negative things to say. The job was inspected by you at every phase, even before you paid me. It was completed to standard, even including additional painting of your deck railing for free. I have no phone records of you ever calling me. You did message me to ask to come well after the job was finished to look at other problems, in which I asked if a certain date was ok with no follow up from you. It took you weeks to write a review after the job was completed, which shows a very high probability of malicious intent and not quality review of service.

1. Free estimate 2. Development of a personal customized plan of action. 3. Submit a detailed bid electronically to each customer. 4. Perform the work exceeding standards. 5. Walkthrough of completed work with the customer. 6. Invoice sent to customer electronically. 7. Payment received. 8. Follow-up with customer allowing for constant and consistent process improvement practices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vast leadership experience both in the Army and in construction settings. Currently attending college full time, pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
