Leslie is simply the best. She is so knowledgable and makes our workouts fun. I have come a long way since I first started with her at the beginning of the year after my 3rd back surgery. I feel absolutely amazing!!! I am officially addicted to our workouts, something I'd never thought I'd say, and I'm even working out on my own too. Not only have I gained a mentor, but also a forever friend.May 23, 2018Verified
Leslie had all the right attributes, but we couldn't make it work. I wish her well.Dec 11, 2017

Leslie is very attuned to her clients, readily able to determine a best approach. I've contracted her to work with my mother and feel very comfortable after observing her approach to working with a very challenging new client!Jul 31, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I focus on one-on-one training and generally charge $40 per session for this individual one-hour training. However, I do a free one hour consultation before we start. I really like to sit down and get to know my clients, make sure we have a comfortable relationship. This consultation will include a general conversation, a health history questionnaire, as well as family history and medication. Things I will need to know before we begin the workout sessions, and to ultimately help you achieve your goals. We then assess the situation as a whole, and are open to negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? All of my service is centered on the convenience of the client Our first visit together is always a free consultation that includes a very detailed health history questionnaire. Then I like to take it a step further; my assessments also include the emotional, spiritual and environmental aspects of the clients life.
