- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to simple services like gutter cleaning or repair, most jobs will be quoted over the phone. Any installation jobs or complicated repairs will be quoted onsite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will asses the job requirement and give an estimate over the phone or come out for an estimate. After the customer agrees on the price we schedule the job. After the job is done we collect payment on the stop or invoice online to be paid with card or check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Smart Florida Gutters professionals go through multiple trainings including the following: Onsite Machinery Safety. Proper Roofs climbing Safety. Installation and repair training.
