- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For baseball lesson I do. The charge is 50 dollars a session. For training I am flexible depending on how many sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take them through a basic workout the first day and talk to them about what they want to achieve. We set goals to gather and then I great a workout program for them to reach those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in kinesiology/exercise science
