- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic pricing remains the same however we have a lot of specials during the holidays. We also have a rewards program that gives people money back when they refer us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them over the phone or meet with them whichever is more convenient for them to go over there wants and expectations of the shoot. Also it is important to develop a rapport so your personalities will click. We will talk about it in detail what they want from the shoot, their expectations, how they would like the pictures to come out, etc. It is very important to me for my clients to be extremely comfortable before the shoot so we try to be very detailed and make them as comfortable as possible and leave nothing to chance. They will know exactly where to meet, what time to be there, what clothing would be best for the pictures that they're wanting and we will discuss any props if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a highly motivated natural light commercial and event photographer with a keen eye for detail. I have two Masters degrees and lifelong learning classes from Saint Pete college in Photography. Plus as stated before I have been published in over five magazines and 80 articles along with my business partner, Ro Martinez.
