Sam did exterior painting of my home. He did an excellent job. His price was reasonable and always on time for the job. He did a great job of cleaning the work area everyday and finished the house on a timely manner. I also hired him to remove carpet and replace it with wood floors. Sam exhibited quality workmanship in the flooring. Again, he was very neat, punctual and very precise in laying the wooden floor. I am very pleased with the work that Sam has done for me and I would recommend him to others.

I have known Sam Salman for 11 years, I manage a commercial real estate property, and have used Sam on a regular basis for various services....his quality of work is remarkable, he's self driven and responds immediately, he's very punctual and a hard working individual.
He prices all the scopes of work fairly, I have never had to question his pricing, as mentioned before I have used his services and will continue to use Sam in the future.
