What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A) Telephone contact to trim interests. B) Set site visit appointment. C) Have conversation about job task. D) Survey site and present bid. E) Sign in agreement and receive retainer. F) Coordinate work and deadline. G) Produce and complete job. H) Customer signs job finish note. I) Customer pays remaining balance as per contract.
