- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It depends on how far I have to travel, but it usually ranges between $60-75 an hour. If a person is close enough, I also offer 30 and 45 minute sessions to make it more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I find out their goals, I will make up a workout plan to accomplish those goals. Then it's a matter of getting our schedules set and getting started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S.Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition. I have 22 years of personal training experience!
