- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show up on time. Go over job details again just to make sure there's no changes on the work order. Once we get the go ahead from customer. We start prepping the areas that need to be prepped, which is worked out with customer to make the job and there day to day routine easier.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a carpenter. At 15 yrs old I hated wearing a tool belt. So one of the guys asked my father if they can use me for a couple days to paint I was like this is great no tool belt and the same amount of money and at times more. It was a no brainer for me. My father was happy for me that I found something I enjoyed. The guy was very impressed with my natural ability. I stayed with it all these years and it has definitely paid off.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a guy or girl that has time for you. That will do a thorough walk through and explain your options. Someone with a lot of experience should have no problem answering your questions or concerns. There's no reason you should feel like your in the dark about what's going on at your home.
