- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CI Writing Services, Inc., offers all of our clients an incredible value for their money. Because our prices are so tailored to your needs, however, it is difficult to list a flat rate. That’s why we offer a FREE consultation designed to look at your project and provide an accurate quote. We’re also happy to structure payments around your monthly budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, the client will send over any and all details of what they are in need of. From there, I send over any questions/concerns and once everything is clear, the project is completed and sent back for approval (per clients due date). If the client has any changes, we will make adjustments as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest you view several samples and ask for references as well. There are a lot of people who state they are professional writers, but it is more of a hobby. I would suggest finding a professional company who takes the time to understand your brand so that the content fits your voice, style and needs.
