FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will never bill you for more than our service is worth. Even if a job takes us twice as long as we estimated, we always stand by our quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally the first thing we do is make contact and schedule an on-site visit to determine exactly what the customer is looking for and what exactly it will take to get them the results they are looking for. Next we will send a detailed estimate with line items for each piece of equipment or service being provided. Once the quote has been approved and a 50% deposit is recieved we will schedule the work. Most work is completed in a few days or hours, however some of the larger jobs may take a little more time for parts and such. The most important part of this process is communication and making sure that everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have an associates degree in business and over 19 years working in the technology industry. All of my technicians are personally trained by myself and are hand picked based on their subject knowledge and attention to detail.
