- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, number of mechanicals(i.e furnaces/AC units) and other variables that are always disclosed upfront prior to inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick response, typically we get back to our requests and schedule inspections within an hour. We schedule inspections 7 days a week and also have evening hours. We provide detailed results with digital photos included within 24 hours of inspection. We test all appliances/mechanicals as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 50 years combined inspection experience. From the state, county and residential sectors.
