- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, my price will vary depending on the scope of the job. It's difficult to promise a certain cost when we haven't even looked at the work requested of us. I will tell you that we pride ourselves on being the most affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we get a lead, or referral from past customer or a lead service such as this one. Then we schedule a free estimate and get dimensions and talk about color, and types of paints to be used and get to know our customer a little better. You will receive a estimate by email, if you accept we will require 20% down to get you on our schedule and on the day we start we iron out an approximate finish date and when it's all said and done you get an invoice and we get paid in full per your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a honors high school grad, with a diploma. I have a led removal certification with the state of Ohio. As well as training in basic Construction through apprenticeship at various companies. My expertise is in the field of Painting however.
