- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer several ways for customers to contact us, and we guarantee a response within 1 business day. We will ask for general information such as business name, website, etc. We will then create an analysis of what we feel is important for search engine optimization, and this will be emailed to our potential customer along with a quote for monthly services.
