- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rates are personal training: $55 Partner (max. 2 people) training: $80 Group ( more than 2 people) training: $100 I offer a variety of services centered around fat burning, building lean muscle, increasing flexibility and mobility, and sport specific training. I use a number of training techniques to help my clients achieve maximum fitness. Along with building lean muscle, we focus on flexibility to prevent injuries and increase range of motion throughout the body. Below is a sample of what a one hour session would be comprised of: 10 min: Active Stretching (warm-up) 30 min - *Desired Training 10 min - Core training 10 min - Cool down (flexibility and mobility) During our first training, we will do a health screening, and body composition to begin tracking your progress *Desired training is tailored to your goals (i.e. HIIT, weight training, circuit training, sport specific)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote agreement has been reached, the first initial training session is comprised of asking general health and fitness questions, weight and measurements, filing out consent forms, and going through a typical workout routine that would be done (i.e. pre-workout stretch routine, weight training program, and flexibility and mobility training post workout)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working within the fitness industry for 6+ years. I recently returned from Germany where I worked for the US military as a personal and group exercise instructor. I am a certified Personal Trainer with nationally accredited ACE (American Council on Exercise) Cert. #: T165535 Certified Group Exercise Trainer with AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) Cert. #: 563826
