- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process is evaluating and assessing my customers needs , challenges they are facing now and in the past , reviewing their goals, reviewing their health history , and evaluating their strengths and weekends during first appointment. By gather this information this is going to allow me to structure a tailored plan to fit my customers needs by making it as convenient as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?-I am CPR certified -I have a 4 degree as Exercise Fitness Specialist from Cleveland State University. -I have several successful client testimonials and before and after pictures. - I have completed several work/ internship experiences in cardiac and cardiopulmonary rehab, health coaching, collegiate strength and condition coach, and one on one personal training that have made me a diverse trainer.
