We could not be happier with the work done on our home. I have had so much more peace of mind knowing our home is pest free. We live right on a metropark so having this so controlled is amazing and Jordan is a great Pro! Friendly, diligent and thorough in his work.

After calling around to get a few quotes, we hired a cheaper company to treat or house for bed bugs. They took a week to come out after advertising and scheduling next day service. We've never had bed bugs (or any other pest problem) do so I didn't really know what to expect. They did not seem professional, were in and out with no instruction or follow up directions, and did not do a thourough treatment. After 2 weeks we noticed bed bug droppings, and when I called to get a follow-up treatment they wanted an additional $100 for another visit even though they advertised guaranteed results which included no cost followup treatments... I was so frustrated and wanted them gonem, we decided to just hire NEO Integrated Pest Control because after talking to Jordan, he seemed much more knowledgeable and punctual. Came out the next day, and did a thorough treatment along with waking us through the signs and preventative steps to ensure they were gone! He even called back with follow up instructions and as a check up twice in the next two weeks, to ensure we were rid of these nasty things. After our experience, my advise is to anyone with a similar issue is don't skimp to save a few $, it's not worth the risk. Just call a professional and get it taken care of properly, bed bugs are gross and the longer you wait the harder they are to get rid of. They came in new, discrete unmarked trucks, were thourough, knowledgeable and made sure the problem was resolved. I'm still a bit embarrassed about this, so I won't be leaving my name, but I can say from experience these guys will do the job right the first time.

I moved into a new apartment recently and the owner lied to me about a bug issue! At first I was going to leave but, realized it was too late! My stuff was already full of bed bugs! I found Northeastern Ohio integrated pest control. They were quick to respond and the bugs were gone with one visit! A little prep work and no big deal! Thank you! Great job!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently used heat treatment to eliminate bed bugs for a landlord in a double home. The treatment process took 2 days and the landlord and his tenants were thrilled with the results as well as by the price. The most rewarding part of my job is restoring a clients peace of mind and allowing them to feel comfortable in their home again.
