- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a discount for regular cleanings, discount for elderly, disabled, veterans. Fees for extra stuff like laundry, dishes, if you have inside pets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer know what I do when I come clean. I show them my check off list of everything I will do. If they don’t want me to do something on the list I cross it out. Ask my customer if they want me to come clean every week, biweekly or monthly. After I’m done working if they are happy and no issues we go from there if the customer is unhappy I try my best to resolve the matter. But never had that problem yet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watch YouTube videos, have several people that are professionals cleaning for a long time that give me tips, videos and other training if needed.
