    Tim was extremely professional and fixed my laptop in a timely fashion. He gave me recommendations to improve the performance and extend the life of my equipment. Great first time experience on this app. I highly recommend using his services.

      Typically our pricing structure is based on a flat rate system. We have found that flat-rate pricing is more fair to our clients, they will always know what to expect.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      The typical process for working with a new client is to first gather as much detail as possible about the problem they have. Once I have all the information, I can develop a course of action. Then, once I know what is happening, I can generate an estimate for the cost of repairs.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I have over 18 years experience working in the IT Industry with a heavy emphasis in corporate IT and direct end user interactions. Currently I am the owner of Clever Technology which formed out of my passion for helping people in 2014. In my heart I felt it was the next logical step of progression, to help others and earn a living for my family.
