KJ was very professional and inspected the home inside and out very thoroughly. When we got the report, we were very surprised that it was so long. He included lots of pictures which made it very easy for us to report to the sellers to receive some credit for it. KJ was easy to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. Thank you!

It was WONDERFUL working with KJ from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my messages on Thumbtack, gave me a very competitive quote/price ($130 cheaper than another inspector I spoke to!) He also paid special attention to safety around the house in response to my informing him that little kiddos will be living in the house. KJ answered all my questions thoroughly and explained what he was looking for and how and why that was important for home structure/safety. He briefed us on his findings thru-out his inspection as well as providing a more comprehensive summary at the end of the inspection, and of course all his findings were on his report which I received electronically after 2 days of the inspection. The report was extremely thorough (120 pages!!!) and easy to understand with lots and lots of pictures referring to each of his findings. My realtor/agent and seller's agent were both super impressed by KJ's detailed and thorough workmanship and work ethic that they took his business cards for their future referral/clients. If you are looking for a home inspector, KJ is your man! Snatch him before he gets too busy!!!
