FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, nothing is that easy. Every job is different, material, scope, design and difficulty always play a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting customers, giving ideas and or providing information about their expectations. I always try to leave prospective customers more informed from when I got there to when I leave., whether or not I get the job. I know not everyone is going to like my price, but, I pride myself on customer satisfaction and my estimates are free. How can you go wrong?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a High school diploma, and, 3 years of college under my belt. The best training, in my opinion is on the job. Nothing beats experience. I have over 30 years on the job training. I wont say I have "seen it all" but there is very little, If anything, I couldn't resolve.
