Coastal Van Lines carried out my house items from Florida to New York in the last month. The sales coordinator was very quick to respond. It took only ten minutes for their agent to reply my online inquiry over phone and then following up through email. Their quotation was suited for me than the other five quotes I received. The foreman arrived on time at moving day and stayed in contact throughout the move. His brilliant direction towards his skilled workers made the whole move less stressful. Even the guys accommodated professionally some last minutes changes. If anybody has value of money and need a mover with trustworthy, and efficient than Coastal Van Lines would be the first and final choice.

A friend of mine contracted with Coastal Van Lines to move their son out of his college dorm. they came with high recommendation so i called to schedule a move. their calendar was a little booked up but because i was flexible they were able to fit me in on relatively short notice. some things i did not know but probably should have- i didn't pack my TV or my glass table (which i was subsequently charged for). Craig never told me i had to have these things done already so i ended up having to pay another $50. i called his supervisor to complain and although he assured me craig did go over these things with me he discounted the $50 off of my delivery balance. The guys on pick up and delivery were very polite and professional. they packed everything and even helped move some things i was throwing out to the dumpster which they really didn't have to do. this was better than expected.

we were in a particular situation with our move. see our pick up location requires a ferry ride to access it. most of the moving companies we inquired with couldn't get an 18 wheeler on the ferry so they couldn't get access to our property. they told us to rent a usual and bring all the stuff to them. we were appalled at that suggestion, i mean thats what we wanted to pay someone for. its a hassle. luckily we came across moving pros online and gave them a call. they included a free shuttle truck on pick up so they sent two smaller trucks to get everything rather than one of the 18 wheelers. got the items delivered and there was no problem. i was a little weary about having the things in two different trucks but it was our only option and things actually turned out just fine.

The moving team of Coastal Van Lines was really polite, punctual, professional and careful. They called to make sure everything went smoothly. These are the best movers in the town. They were the most polite movers I've ever had! On time, quick, efficient and treated my things with great care! All the belongings were wrapped and moved perfectly. The rate was also very competitive for a long distance move. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to move!
