Introduction: I am a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY. I also am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. My massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to deep tissue sports massage and everything in between. I will customize each massage to meet my clients needs. My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. I am a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind. Where pain meds fail to succeed is where Cherie' picks up. I frequently experience nights where I wake several times due to pain from past illness. After seeing Cherie' I am gauranteed to have several nights of pain free sleep and relaxation. She's the best, bar none. The business is easy to find and not far off the Northway so its easy to get to it and back out without all the traffic issues of the area. Great staff and environment.

I felt a reduction in muscle tension and stiffness. Greater flexibility and increase in range of motion. More ease in movement. Also helped with breathing headaches. I had broken one knee and had an acl tear. I also suffer from allergies and asthma. The treatment was wonderful. I would suggest it for everyone. I use to go to the choirpracter but as soon as you moved it would put out and be in worse injury. Massage is the way to go.

I have been going to Cherie for massages since she graduated from massage school and I have to say that I've gotten the best massages from her! I'm in love with getting massages and have been to many massage therapists over the years and she is hands down the best one I've been to and keep going back to. She offers a wide variety of massages even pre-natal massages. When I was pregnant with my second child I was experiencing a lot of pelvic and low back pain, she was able to provide the right massage therapy techniques to relieve my pain. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist and I will continue going to her for all my massage therapy needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Elements the first 60 min massage is always $59. After that you have the option to become a monthly member and the price stays the same. This can b shared w/ One other person as well and cancelled at any time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer would call Elements and schedule an appt w/ me. On the phone you will be asked a few questions so we can customize your massage to meet your needs. We would have you come in a few minutes early and fill out a medical history form. Then we would take the time to review it together and come up with the best massage to meet your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated w/ a degree in massage therapy from the Center of Natural Wellness in Albany. I am licensed in New York State and do continuing ed yearly to stay up to date on the latest techniques out there for my clients.
