- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is stay within the clients budget. I have a separate fee for any type of private event requiring my private chef services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to maintain within your budget with no additional surprises. I will initially work closely with you to get a glimpse into the type of ambiance and menu you desire. I do all the shopping unless your interested in being a part of that process. Communication is an important aspect into making your event successful!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in my second year at SCCC Culinary School with a graduation date of spring 2016. I am classically trained and am also obtaining a baking degree. I have worked for a large catering company and have experience in smaller restaurants.
