- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yea and no. Most of my services depend on time, and products used. Style preference and Specials also maybe applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initially I have an consultation with a new client. To find out their hair needs, if I'm even able to perform services. Then we would go over the scheduling process and pricing. So then you'll be on your way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Hair academy in New Carrollton, MD and received my cosmetology license. I learned about coloring,chemicals, natural styles, rollersets, Nails and full weaves,wigs and partial sew ins.
