He is super awesome. I am on week two and doing 1 minute planks and push-ups after not working out after a year. He Literally goes above and beyond because I had a flat tire today and he was nice enough to put my spare on. I Can’t say enough great things him. I just started week 2 & can see my little muscle popping out lol. #MusclesByLaMont. He is also always on time and very professional. I started working with Mr LaMont so that I could get back on track with exercising, and get back in shape after having my second child. He has been very great at personalizing my workouts, to fit my needs. He is accommodating when it comes time scheduling the workouts, and I appreciate his positive outlook on health and fitness. His personal training style, to me, is more of a teacher rather than a drill sergeant. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard fee is $35 per session per person with a minimum of 3 sessions per week or $30 per session per person with a minimum of 4 sessions per week. Pay for 5 sessions/week ($125) & get a optional 6th day free. The more you workout the less it cost you in $ & your health. If I have to travel (up to 10 miles) to you my fee is $35 per session. I can't travel on a regular basis beyond 10 miles due to time restraints. If I did make a concession to travel further away (20+ miles- 25) my fee is $50 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to do a personal & physical assessment of my potential clients to get a better understanding of their physical condition as well as take some time to get to know a little about them & some of the things going on in their lives to determine whether or not we can be a good fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am college educated as well as being a certified International Sports Sciences Association Fitness (ISSA)Trainer & also certified in CPR/AED.
