- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom designs start at $20. Depending on the time and detail that needs to be done with that particular design pricing varies. Printing prices vary on items being printed. Shipping prices start at $6 depending on how soon you need the item and order size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go over and find out what I am going to be designing and details about that design (i.e. colors, theme, size, etc). and once I get a clear idea of what the customer is wanting I then design a proof for them to review and then make necessary changes to it to fit their need.
