Justin is an amazing trainer! He makes sure to focus on what your goals are. He shows you how to work out with the correct form and list down what type of carbs, fats, and proteins that are good for you. I had a really great experience with Justin, he really cares about helping you reach your body goal

Justin is extremely personable, professional, and very motivating. He really pushed me to finish each set of workouts that we did and I’m so thankful for that! Justin wants nothing more than to help people reach their goals or to simply give some guidance. I see nothing but a very bright future for Justin in personal training, he’s the real deal!

You learned that when it comes to resistance training, it isn't about moving a weight from Point A to Point B. Rather, it's about feeling the muscles you are trying to stimulate while moving a weight from Point A to Point B. You were an absolute blast to train. Entering my mid 20s, I have found it difficult trying to maintain my work-life balance and stick to a consistent and productive workout routine. Justin's workout routine fits great for my lifestyle trying to keep up a my physical appearance and improve my general health. Compared to other workouts and trainers I have been exposed to in the past, Justin's regime has given me tangible progress at a pace I can continue indefinitely into the future. His workouts have a lot of variety. Sometimes I'm sweating so much I lose numerous pounds in a workout and other times Justin listens to my body and focuses on smaller muscle groups and good technique to improve my long term health and faster recovery times. His personal candor creates fun and challenging workouts. More importantly though, his dieting help and advice has demonstrated the most results. He understands sometimes I cannot say no to a good apple pie but his daily check ins and advice have given me more energy in life and better workouts the next day. I'd highly recommend Justin as not only a trainer but a positive influence and great person to share time with at the gym.

You thought you would never be as physically fit as your were prior to your surgery. But you surpassed your former level of physical fitness. You learned how to stimulate your muscles like you've never been able to before, while putting minimal stress on your joints and back. It was your optimism, dedication, and desire to learn that allowed you to transform. I simply guided you through the process. My first session with Justin was also my first time going to the gym in a couple of weeks. I used to work out for about two hours a day, 4-5 days a week, until I got too busy with work and school. Training with Justin got me in and out of the gym in a little over an hour, ensuring I had a timely yet efficient workout, hitting all of the muscle groups I told him I wanted to focus on. He is not only knowledgeable in the fields of exercise and nutrition, but is completely confident in being able to implement his own tips into his client’s lifestyle. I would certainly recommend him for anyone looking to change not only their physique, but also their mindset about fitness and nutrition/health in general!
