- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour and offer discounted packages for groups of hours. I'm happy to discuss the pricing structure that best meets your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally schedule an initial 1-2 hour consultation where we tour the area(s) of your home that need organization. During this consultation we discuss your goals and the game plan for getting the project done. Once that is worked out we schedule a hands-on organizing session to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer with over 1,500 hours of paid client experience. I am an active member of The National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and a past board member of the local NAPO chapter. I am also a Golden Circle Member of NAPO meaning I have over 10 years experience in this field. I am an Evernote Certified Consultant, which means I know a lot about the app Evernote. I can help you easily save and access any piece of paper, digital file, photo, website, or other piece of information you may ever want to access again all in one place no matter where you are.
