- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them that day and tell them when I'll arrive, I look at the problem they have do a safety inspection of the door, I run the motor and explain things that may be needed immediately or down the road.we agree on a price and I start work, I don't just put parts on I make adjustment to the door and motor lubricate everything and do extra stuff line program remotes to cars and go over basic maintenance and tell them how to avoid the usual problems that most people have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been a trainer myself for 2 companies. I think just having a basic knowledge of tools and field experience make you better over time how to do jobs faster and better than when you were new. experience beats age any time
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
a friend Introduced me into this line of work and I excelled immediately people trust me because I am honest and I care about the customer and their home and how things look and work
