- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have pretty standard pricing on a lot of things. We offer quite a few services however, I could spend all day putting in prices so i will list our most common services this time of year. Mowing 1-5,000 sq ft is $30 5,000-10,000 sq ft is $40 10,000-15,000 sq ft is $50 Raking - .056 cents per square foot removing the debris does cost extra, it is complicated, but we can take a look and usually give you an estimate then and there. Fertilizer and weed control 1-5k sq ft is $20 5-10k sq ft is $30 10-20k sq ft is $40
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give all new customers 10% off of their first service. Our goal, since we're relatively new, is to leave a lasting impression on our customers so that they will recommend us to friends or call us when they have other jobs in the future.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you can give me a dialed in number of square footage in your yard, it's the number one deciding factor when i price your quote. When we quote a property in person, we look at other things as well, but we have our numbers down to a science as far as how long a job will take us and how hard the work will be.
