- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic packages start at $50 a month. Automation packages start at $61 a month. I have current customers paying $130 a month, we can adapt a system to best suit your needs. Most important. I secure your home. I'm not a security guy that makes you choose 3 window/door sensors and a motion detector. We make sure the largest investment you make is safe and secure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's pretty simple actually. We make contact. I do a walk through, discussing with you what you need while providing basic home safety tips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an old US Army Infantryman so I know a lot about defense. All kidding aside, 10 years in sales, 5 with security products and services. Grant Cardone Univsersity sales trained as well.
