- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Keep in mind when you book an appointment with us, we have a 4 room minimum. Please pick at least 4 rooms in order for us to service your residence!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple! Call, tell us which services you require, we give you the price over the phone, schedule a cleaning, we arrive, we clean, we walkthrough with you and then you pay!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaning technicians have been trained by the CEO Mrs. Maany Silva. The Brazos County manager, Mrs. Hana has a B.S. from Rutgers University and an MHA from LSU. All employees are thoroughly vetted and are able to work in the U.S.
