- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should check out our website to find out more about us, see what deals and exclusive services you get, and fill out the form to hire us. We do have a fee, and this fee means that we will work tirelessly for you and make sure you enjoy everythign about your vacation. It covers all the things you think of, and then some. Our fee means we work for YOU, not for a cruise line or a resort property or tour guide. YOU.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, to properly quote for you there are specific things we need to know before we can even look. 1) Where do you want to go. (specifics) 2) When do you want to go. (exact date, or target month) 3) How much are you willing to spend, per person. 4) Is this inclusive of air or not? 5) What are the exact # of passengers and their actual ages? 6) Is this a cruise, an all inclusive, a tour, or a destination stay? We are happy to book your air only needs for you. We have a Air only Club that is $99 and whenever you need air tickets we book it for you. (annual membership) and you get exclusive discounts on Hotel, rental cars, BnB properties and more. We do NOT book air for anyone who cannot meet with us in person for flights leaving fewer than 30 days from the date you inquire or that cannot join our vetted Air Club. 7) We work with you from start to finish to make sure you experience and dream vacation is taken care of properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my team have trained in Travel and Tourism, and we’ve traveled. We also familiarize ourselves with the unique brand suppliers and vendors we represent. Our agency affiliations allow us to continue on-going training and frequent supplier development sessions. Additionally there is Travel Agent Academy, The Travel Institute, in which we are members and have on-going training taking place, and unique destination training. We also do ship inspections, FAM trips and more. Some of us are members of IAPTC (Int. Association of Professional Travel Consultants). We are a CLIA Agency. And we are an IATA agency.
