Lawrence & Martin Phoenix have been actually servicing our pool for years - it took a number of seasons to find a quality pool service company that took the time to get to know their customers and who would show up as promised, and who would bend over backwards to take care of their customers...and these are the guys. They are responsive, timely, and do quality work. This year we realized we needed our pool re-plastered. I knew Phoenix Pool Service had done plastering, though it was not necessarily their main business, so I came to Thumbtack to see what some other options were. After speaking to a couple of companies, I ultimately came back to Phoenix. Martin was very detailed as far as the process, expectations, etc, and I was impressed with the depth of experience they actually had in plastering. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the workmanship was of the highest quality. Not only would I recommend Phoenix Pool Service for pool openings and closings and all the maintenance in between, but I will now recommend them highly for the work they do in pool plastering / re-plastering.

I have been using Martin and Phoenix Pools for over 7 years. The level of service is top notch. Martin always returns phone calls and emails promptly. We bought a home with a pool and the previous owners hadn't cared for it in years. The water was black and we could only assume there was a lot of debris in the pool. Phoenix Pool Service came out to assess the situation and we ended up hiring them as opposed to other companies because they seemed to care more and explain as opposed to just saying what the cost was. When they arrived, they drained the pool Sat evening and came the following day to empty it. It was disgusting and now it's not! Would recommend. They are easy to work with and we plan to use them in the future for other pool services.
