- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When building an estimate or proposal we try to address any incidentals that may come up. We try very hard to keep our final price at the estimate or less. If we do run into a situation and there could be more coat, we will notify the customer immediately and together work out a plan for moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customers needs are very straight forward we will give a price sight unseen. In most cases, we like to meet the customer, review their needs, and discuss the options they have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are hiring a professional to provide your services. Verify licensure, insurance, etc. In today's lawsuit happy world a shady "contractor" can perform work, rip you off, possibly sue you, and then disappear.
