FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary focus when dealing with a new customer is to find out about them. No matter if they are a seller or a buyer, I want to get to know the person. This relationship is the basis that makes my service outstanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the real estate business since 2004. I have been involved in over 300 transactions selling many different types of properties. Along with this experience I have completed over 1000 hours of continuing education. I also hold a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. This is the most prestigious real estate designation because it requires not just education but also a certain number of transactions. In addition to the real estate credentials I also hold two undergraduate degrees.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For Sellers, the most important decision you can make is who will be your Listing Agent. Who will you pick? The guy that is on the evening news with his advertising? Did you happen to see any homes for sale in that advertisement? Probably not. He was just promoting himself. What about super agent from that local company? What is their marketing plan? A sign in the yard, put it in the MLS and wait for someone else to sell it? Yes that is what you will get with a local company. The problem there is that they are just local. The do not have the national presence in the market like EXIT Realty. Yes, EXIT Realty is a huge company. What does that mean to someone selling...I have a Digital Marketing System that will Sell your home FASTER and for MORE MONEY! For Buyers, you want someone with the experience to represent you to guide you through the real estate purchase process. The best buyer agents will provide you with complete information to help you make the best informed decisions possible.
