What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different prices in 3 different locations where I practice but a 60 min massage ranges from 52 to 65 and a 90 min ranges from 75 to 90.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the client where they are experiencing pain, is their pain been acute or chronic, do they stretch or do physical exercise, are they allergic to anything. Their will be a form for you to fill out before the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea IL.
