- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on fair, competitive, pricing! We offer discounts for marketing consideration and have a referral bonus program. Currently, we have a promotion going on called "KNC Projects for Charity." Until the end of 2018, KNC will be donating a percent of each project to one of five charities chosen by the buyer! Our charities this year are St. Louis Children's Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, Metro East Humane Society and The Family Center.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to welcome our new customers to KNC General Construction with a free in-home estimate, where they can meet with one of our project managers to discuss their project needs and learn about our company history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 22 years of experience in construction! Roofing is a licensed profession in the State of Illinois, so we hold a roofing license for both residential and commercial roofing.
